1914 Ten Dollar Bill Federal Reserve Red Seal Note

The 1914 ten dollar bill Red Seal Federal Reserve Note, The first of the Federal Reserve Notes.
The Federal Reserve starting issuing currency for the 12 Federal districts in 1914.
The first of these series 1914 notes were red seals and had the district in the seal at the left.
These notes are tougher to find than the later blue seal notes and bring a premium.
Districts like New York and Chicago issued massive quantities of notes so they are more common.

These notes followed the red seals but are equivalent in design.
One major distiction the blue seals have are that they came in star notes.
The 1914 ten dollar bill was issued for all Federal districts. Some are better than others
of course. Dallas and Minneapolis are generally better districts.
